For a short while I was trying to make sense of/care about whatever the fuck is going on over there, but after reading this topic, I am more thinking "fuck that"

According to the US Census Bureau the GDP of Gaza declined by 8% from 2006-2008; the time period when Hamas kicked out Fatah with an inflation rate in their currency by 4%.  In 2005, unemployment in Gaza was 20%.  In 2006, when Hamas took over, it doubled to 40%.  

In 2005, less than 50% were living below the poverty line.  IN 2007, DURING HAMAS CONTROL OF GAZA, 80% OF THE PEOPLE LIVED BELOW THE POVERTY LINE.  Yep, them Israelis sure were starving the Palestinian people... 1 1/2 years before they got there!  Must have been that sheeny curse olololol

The only good thing to come from Gaza since Hamas takeover was their literacy rate.

2005: 87.6%
2008: 88%

Neither Hamas nor Israel cares.  If Hamas cared they wouldn't have played pussyfoot with Israel.  If Israel cared, they wouldn't block off all outside aid into Gaza.
