So I only use my car radio with my ipod tuner, but it gets too much static when I'm in town so I mostly just use it on the interstate. That means that when I get in the car, if I don't have a CD in I get some local radio station. The last few times I got in my car I have heard this preacher preaching the bits of the bible about how women should serve their men and remain silent in the church and all those things MOST modern Christians ignore now. It wasn't just once, this has been several days in a row he's talked about this subject and it cracks me up every morning.
Right now my radio doesn't function at all(which makes my drive to school that much more boring), but, before it did, I would plug in my ipod to the sound system to listen to with a cassette adapter. Do you have a cassette player? Chances are that you don't, but I used the ipod tuner which players over an empty radio frequency and getting it to work was pretty bogus - and I live in a highly rural area at that. But the casette player is cheaper and works pretty well, although some would argue that the quality may be compromised, but I dont notice any actual difference.

P.S. We'd all be in a world of trouble if Christians followed every bit of their doctrine literally.

Yeah I had a cassette adapter that I used in my mom's car but my car doesn't have a tape deck at all :<  FM turner works really well in my hometown and on the interstate but doesn't in the town I live in now (which is pretty big).

so I just realized those guys that talk fast in car commercials for the disclaimer are probably out of a job thanks to the Change Tempo function in Audacity. Were there ever really people talented at fast talking that did car commercials or was it always some primitive form of Change Tempo like cutting up TAPE LOOPS etc.

I never struggled with finals. I always assumed when professors said stuff like "10-20 hours of preparation" it was an exaggeration to get you to study harder, but apparently a lot of people actually do that. I used to do like 15-30 minutes twice a day for about a week leading up to finals and I'd always be fine. finals and term papers tended to boost my grade. I never took any upper-level major courses tho

now that I'm a design student I rarely have finals. instead we have gigantic CRITS scheduled during the study days when everyone else is either studying or goofing off. there's no escaping them

most of the finals i've encountered in college were really just "alright guys let's have our last test on a different day than usual because it's finals week"

don't have finals, but so struggling at uni. I am way back on my Dissertation, my studio work is really shit(it's too close to fantasy art for my liking, gotta get it back into 'fine art').

Or would the world be FUN TIMES? Like I love the confession and absolution aspect of Catholicism! It supersedes all the other rules, so do not worry too much about that prawn, pork, and children sandwich on Fridays!

Man, I wish I were still worrying about finals and shit. I'd take worrying about tests any day over my current OH NOES WHATS ABOUT MY BILLS!?!

Final tests I rarely have problems with. No, its that most of my finals are projects. And they are all incredibly time consuming.

Then I got my internship to worry about... and the fact that I have only about a week to complete left, and still feel like I have a substantial amount of work left. Just hopefully not more that I can get done in a week.

the only real controversy is that they want to use tax dollars to do this.  it's a lot like how the university of the cumberlands was supposed to get a new pharmacy (i think) building paid for by tax dollars when they kicked a student out for being gay

man. we have lots of rednecks and conservatives up here and they're pretty bad, but they make me forget how bad the south is. I mean the majority of the people in the south

they are good ragnar but I think you could have replicated the cheesy photoshop effects

I just came back from the crit. it was terrible. I'm going to be thinking about all these things these stupid jurors put in my head for weeks and I really don't want to.
