Wow, release date really has been changed to "TBD". I'm pretty pissed off about that because this game has already been delayed over a year!

The thing I'm most concerned about with SSBB at this point is speed.

In melee I felt Captain Falcon should've been way faster than Fox/Falco and Sheik, being that he's a racer.
I don't know how I feel about comparing him with Sonic though. I guess I still want Falcon to be the fastest.

I think I've figured it out from watching the video. He makes one of those spring things from his games appear under him. If you listen closely you can hear the sproing sound and see him shoot straight up.

Yeah. You can see it also if you pause at the right time.

Captain Falcon races CARS (hovercrafts whatever) he doesnt RUN.

EDIT:
Man the Kyogre in that video got me more excited than Sonic. :x

EDIT AGAIN:
Sonic's head looks fucking huge.

He looks like he plays like his 2D version which KICKS ASS because all sonic 3D games sucked so fucking hard and ruined the character.
if Shadow is mentioned in the game at all I am going to throw a hissy.

There's a lot of subtle stuff in that trailer.

It's not so much subtle so much as everyone's so excited for Sonic it's hard to notice.

New Pokemon, stages, moves, a bunch of things.

Anyone notice the lava level in the second video? (not the sonic one) Maybe a Metroid level? What do you guys think? (it is before the middle of the video, with Wario in the center of the screen.)

Yeah, it's a Metroid level. If you look off in the background it looks very similar to the Melee one. It has those little things that you could destroy to split the level up.

Ah, man, best update by far. Not only do Sonic's moves all look excellent, they took his music from SA2B (which is the only 3D Sonic that has music I can listen to) and his final is Super Sonic!
