A guy who works for the new makers of the new Wolfenstein and who made Quake 4 said your game owns. God that is so awesome.

That's cool and I appreciate it, but it sort of makes Barkley seem like it's wHaCkY and slapstick, which it's not.

Guys... this game was a joke... and you all fell for it.

Is this sentence supposed to mean something?

If so, then I am guilty as charged.  I laughed at a hilariously deadpan and frequently satirical game.  I was completely fooled, because I guess the game was actually a scholarly documentary!

Ho ho, I have been had!

Hey, I just started playing this again after getting stuck a couple months ago and I remembered that this is the best game ever. I'm not an RPG or Basketball fan, but this is my favorite game I've gotten from gaming world. Thought I'd let you guys know that (this topic will never die).

Although this game is a joke, I'm giving it a (short) review.

The battle system is neat and original, although it reminds of the FF BS. However, the battlechar sprite style is way too inconsistent and pretty much bad. The same goes for charsets and the facesets. (I'd rate the charsets higher IF IT WASN'T FOR THAT CRAPPY LEBRON JAMES CHAR.) The music was great... but I see that most of the sfx is from the rpg maker rtp... :/
Excuse my poor english >.

There, I fixed it for you.

By the way, Chef, GZ, Drule, Bort, etc. Is there a new TOG game in the works? Because I am not lying when I say this is my favorite RPG ever.

Yeah, we're working on a new version of Barkley without all the basketball.

No! Barkley & B-Ball are the sole reason I play this game!  :gwa:

...why does my gut tell me that some girl will join the party in Barkley 2?  :hmm:

I'm surprised there wasn't anything about the Globetrotters, maybe thats reserved for a sequal.
A tool is a tool regardless. I mean if you suck, you suck, and not even the most perfect tool could save you. And if your damn good then even with the worst tool ever conceived you could chug out some high quality shit.

gz, konix, and bunnymilk all worked on barkley and have since branched off and are making their own rpg separate from TOG. idk if this really answers your question though, but gz was one of the driving forces behind barkley and always makes worthwhile things

GZ could always work solo.

...But if this is truly the last of TOG (in other words no barkley) That doesn't mean these people aren't capable of making another classic! (with or without barkley)

And yeah...the globetrotters would be a interesting cameo wouldn't they? Of course...they have to be part of B.L.O.O.D.M.O.S.S.E.S

And more Square-Enix agents pleaze!
