Maybe I need to be American to appreciate the story in this game. Really. It felt rather boring and pointless to me, and the references to basketball and NBA players not really funny. It felt like something written by a 10 year old who thinks basketball players are gods, and an alternative reality where they do stuff like Nuke Dunks would be a cool thing to see. The whole serious tone it pertains and develops on...I don't know. I think you went overboard with it...if some huge giant joke was your goal.
Of course, you'll say I didn't get it. Oh, well.
Still, the presentation is very good, graphics very good and coherent (although not great), and the gameplay fun (but fairly unchallenging). I do appreciate the effort that was invested to deliver a game with so much content.
All in all, quite far away from my all time favorite amateur RPG:
http://www.antiochforever.com/law/downloads.shtmlI just don't like Tales of Game's area of interests. Barkley Shut up, The Wu-Tang Clan and the Wu-Tang Baby, The Diary of Anne Frank (a platform game?!?).
