BJB, have you tried making it run in DirectX8? I can't tell from your screenshot, but it could help.

TF2 was also a part of the Orange Box, be kinda a rip off to pay 50$ for TF2 or say, 50$ for TF2 & 4 other games.

I've been doing "ent_fire !self setteam 3" to get to the infected team. It should allow you to spawn anywhere once the game starts, but if not, just use z_spawn like below.
Automatic respawning doesn't seem to work, but you can respawn a dead infected as anything you want with
z_spawn tank
z_spawn boomer
z_spawn smoker
z_spawn hunter
There might be a better way to get this working. There are a few different entites for survivors and infected, but nothing that I've tried seems to actually change the game mode.
There are also a lot of undocumented console commands, such as "respawn_all" which respawns all dead survivors (and lets you play with more than 4 Wink), "smoke" which makes you shit out smoke, "boom" which makes you shit out a grenade, and "dance" which makes you dance (as a zombie), just to name a few. There might be something in there that could help make this work properly.

yes it was an easier mode, and on a map not really designed for Left 4 Dead either. It's more or less just proof the Director does in fact work out of the box on any map.
Still looks fun esp. on a harder mode.

I've been dying for this game but the reality always sets in:
If a company of 2,700 employees can't make a stable good MMORPG game until well into its first year after 5+ years of development, how is this SINGLE GUY going to be able to do anything close?
It's really kind of the same situation with this one PvP MMO I was kinda interested in, it's made by like 10 people and it's never ever going to get done, many things call this other PvP MMO vaporware simply because they don't have the workforce to do it!

can i turn this off?
also this games too goddamn dark. is there a flashlight or something? i think i saw them mentioned in the topic, but i've yet to encounter one. i really have to strain my eyes to see anything in broad daylight; it's not such a great way to play!
I hope there is a way to turn it off thru mod, but it's a sound that plays whenever your Karma goes down.

Hey I just got given WoW from a mate. Ive hated every MMO which people have suggested or praised. So I'm just wondering.. What exactly makes you like WoW and can you actually solo the whole time if you please? I hated FFXI cause you had to party all the time and grind like hell, but the graphics were pretty cool.
i like it cause its blizzard and you can solo all the way up til the end-game which is team based content.

As far as I know, hacking the game to get Vader for the 360 is just pure speculation... We gotta pay the $5 for him and I probably will. Even if there was a game shark for the 360, you risk not only damaging the game and the system but also not being able to play on Xbox Live.. When you Mod the system, you can't play on Live so the same thing applies here..
Way too many risks which will most likely happen... Just pay the damn $5 if you wanna use him...
You don't mod the system, it's really just the equivalent of using a cheat device on the disk, and yes it's real. The files for him were found on the disk and videos for it were on the internet for the longest time until Namco took them down (guess why?). A lot of companies are just putting content on the disks but locking them out until the right code is given which is what you buy with the DLC. They essentially get you to pay 60$ for a game that has locked out content with the sole purpose of getting you to pay more later. It's kinda shite, but it is true you could damage your system/disk/etc, but then again you could damage your PC by visiting any website and you could brick your PSP by hacking it, so. I don't know much more about the hacking, but it was very real since the footage wasn't from any promos or anything. You'd be hard pressed to find any info on it now, a lot of the stuff on it is hard to find on search engines or has been taken down by namco, so.
