I understnd you're trying to give him a unique 'voice' but it's 100x more annoying than as a service to its purpose. There are many ways to communicate a different accent or style of speaking. Thanks for considering on changing that.

Yeah, in general I think it's better to do speech like that through your word choice rather than typing out accents phonetically.

so yeah still chippin away at my adventure game, past couple days been focusing on an optional bath sequence I've been struggling to come up with gameplay ideas for. was going to have a minigame where you play as a rubber duck version of a rabite shootin lazers at stuff, but that's a bit hard to program in AGS so there's a surreal dream sequence instead with full blown dino nudity and shit so don't let the kiddies play it when it's done!! : P
ps probably going to make the nips look less like cookie dough chunks, and touch up a couple other things.

Is this the same game you've been making for years or have you made a few now? I've been out of the loop but I've sort've watched as your art style has gone from basic to awesome over the years and this is just incredible! Really looking forward to playing whatever this is.

EDITedit aaaa other screens!! dudes a legitimate sierra ag pornstar holy shit. that looks really good though, if the rest of the game would be like that (don't take offence, i'm just exploring my association) nude bath scene (first screen), you can kinda picture this ridicilous/slimey, semi-scary absurdist world of dino's and uh whatelse. it's like the suprise-shock value from sam and max but without forced comic esthetics and character interactions. idk it's hard to explain. less disney/comic, more suprise/strange features from rl life or other types of lit/art.
it's like hearing the first notes of a certain song, the tone of the first seconds just already conveys the possibilities of the future world (best and worst example: jackson 5's Life of the Party, radiohead looks astonished, THEN shocked, T H E N ??? )... sok, promise me to not to ever compromise to indie game graphics and esthetics, do ya hear me... ortherwise i'll fuck u up... i'll do it agaisnt the slo-mo thunder of your troub song...
EDIT sok is shocked to one day find all his ag songs replaced by ragnar's songs out of blue, even his game is morphing before his eyes...

so yeah bonzi you pretty much hit the nail on the head, everything in the world the player sees is how Dingis' sees it. his view of the world is heavily influenced by his sexual fustration and lack of social interaction beyond school bullies fucking around with him(dingis is pretty screwed up mentally). the whole game is pretty much like the tub scene content wise, don't want to spoil much though.
 
the first screen can't/won't be the tub screen, I'm really sorry!! but there will be something equally cool and symbolic for the intro. I'd show you what it is now but it's old and kind of sucks, i'll be redoing it shortly.
 
and don't worry I won't be compromising anything, so there's no need to fuck me up bro :P this game can only be made one way, and that's as a low-res sierra style adventure game! there are a couple parts in the game I created with something by chef or ragnar in mind, but like I said I'm still working up the nerve to ask them... I already have 99% of the soundtrack done, but I would really love to replace a few with something by them.
